Pricing
Honest pricing, priced by the load.
You pay for the share of our trailer your load fills — not a vague hourly rate. Prices below are starting points; a few photos give you a firm number before you book. Taxes extra where applicable.
By volume
Volume is the fraction of our trailer your load fills. A full trailer is about 12 cubic yards — roughly four to five pickup loads.
| Load size | Curbside | Easy Inside |
|---|---|---|
Minimum A single item or a few boxes · up to ~1 yd³ | $89 | $119 |
1/8 trailer A small pickup-load · up to ~1.6 yd³ | $119 | $149 |
1/4 trailer A small bedroom or a packed closet · up to ~3.1 yd³ | $149 | $179 |
1/2 trailer A single garage or one full room · up to ~6.2 yd³ | $269 | $319 |
3/4 trailer A large clear-out · up to ~9.3 yd³ | $369 | $439 |
Full trailer A whole-home or renovation load (≈ 4–5 pickup loads) · up to ~12.4 yd³ | $449 | $549 |
Heavy or dense material — concrete, soil, tile, drywall — is priced by weight, not volume, because disposal facilities bill it by the tonne.

What the price covers
Curbside
Items dry and ready within about 10 ft of the vehicle, on the ground floor, with no stairs and a clear public route.
Easy Inside
A clear, obstacle-free path up to about 30 ft from the vehicle — no stairs and nothing to take apart. Pricing covers items a crew can carry out safely.
Stairs & difficult access
Stairs, long carries and disassembly add crew time and are quoted first — always confirmed with you before any work starts.
Special & heavy items
Concrete, soil, tile, drywall and other dense material is priced by weight, not volume. Fridges, freezers and a few large items need extra care and are quoted separately.
Mattress recycling
Recycling for up to two mattresses or box springs is included. Each additional piece is $25.
