Questions before you book
How does the estimate work?+
Share your postal code, the service you need, and a short description of the space. We reply with a range based on volume, access, and disposal. Photo uploads will tighten that range further once the quote engine is live.
Do you recycle or donate usable items?+
Yes. Usable furniture and household goods are routed to donation partners when condition allows. Recyclable materials are separated from landfill. We will tell you what we can reasonably divert before the job.
Are there items you cannot take?+
Hazardous materials such as paints, solvents, fuels, and certain batteries require a different channel. Tell us what you have and we will confirm what we can handle or point you to the correct depot.
Do you serve condos and strata buildings?+
Yes. We coordinate elevator bookings, loading bays, and building rules. Share the access notes in your estimate request so we can plan the visit correctly.
How soon can you come?+
Most North Shore jobs can be scheduled within a few days. Same-week and many next-day windows are available depending on route density. Extended Vancouver jobs are booked by corridor.
